1) All cupcakes are made to order. Its home made cupcakes and we dont provide extras unless stated.

2) Place your order at least 3 days before the preferred date and user order form below. For bulk order, at least ONE WEEK before the date.

3) Full payment after we confirmed your order via email/sms to avoid cancellation or back outs. Payment via Maybank. Our Myaybank acc number: 114487114763

4) No refunds or return for any cancellations/ back outs.

5) All the price are EXCLUDE delivery. There will be a charge for certain area.
